A Cyberpunk City in the Rain
Pacifica City, built in the middle of the ocean, sees some epic monsoon rains. Too wet to work, too wet to do much of anything, you curl up under a fleece-backed mylar blanket with a self-heating can of coffee and listen to the street market below your window and the pouring rain.
