Dwarven Industrial City
The dwarven city of Utgard, ruled by King Harbard son of Langbard. Decades ago, some dwarves migrated south and discovered the Cairn Bruach mountains. They conquered the native ratfolk race and built a heavy industrial city, exploiting the mines already dug by the ratfolk.
