Long ago London
You are sitting at the train station, your breath billowing in the air. Watching the trains pull away. You hear a car horn and wish fervently it is your ride, but no such luck. You hear a carriage coming down the way and consider asking for a ride, but decide against it. The rain is coming down harder now and thunder rolls in the distance, a preamble of the storm to come. The rain splats down on the umbrellas of people rushing to get out of the rain. So you sit, patiently waiting.
