Town on the Water
In a town that lives on the water the fish markets open. A dog runs by in search of some water to drink. Cups, glasses, and mugs constantly get filled as the humidity of living on the town can be a bit much. Meanwhile the continuity of the waves does the opposite of relaxing the towns folk as it adds to the noise that seems to be building in the market place.
