The City of Ashes is located in huge caves hundreds to thousands of metres deep underneath the subcontinent of Asia and Europe, it is currently the largest human dungeon, but it is dark and resource-poor, with the majority of humans at a low standard of living, and new caves are still being expanded to accommodate more people and equipment
